So Dodd and Geitner screwed up and let those AIG contracts "slip by them" that allowed for the exhorbidant bonuses AIG recently paid out...and now they think it's OK to impose a NINETY PERCENT TAX on those bonuses?

What's to keep them from imposing a 90% tax on MY bonus?

UPDATE: It's NOT!!! This is what is called a Bill of Attainder and is EXPRESSLY prohibited in Article 1 Section 8 of the constitution.

Nice...Congress gets to ignore the constitution. This will go all the way up to the Supreme Court who will rule it unconstitutional and strike down the law. More taxpayer money wasted! Lovely!
