So I'm getting my first GOOD bonus from work, ever, this coming Friday.
Yesterday, the tennants of our rental property called to say the furnace wouldn't shut off.
I called the repair company, they come out and tell me that to fix the problem it is going to be HALF of what a new furnace would be. We opted for a new furnace.
Ughhhhh.....
